We may collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, service address, suburb, postal code, fibre interest and enquiry time. We collect only information needed to handle the enquiry and related service coordination.
We use the information to respond to your fibre enquiry, check or coordinate availability, arrange contact from a relevant service provider where authorised, prevent duplicate/fraudulent enquiries, and keep records of the enquiry.
Where you give the required consent, your enquiry may be shared with a relevant fibre network/ISP sales partner so that the partner can assist with availability, packages, registration or installation. The exact recipient may depend on the area and available service.
Marketing communications must be handled in accordance with applicable South African law. Consent should be specific, informed and recorded. Do not use this form to add people to unrelated marketing lists.
